Privacy notice

The 3rd Act collects the least data required to respond to you: the details you enter in our forms, the page you arrived from and the consent wording you saw at the time. We use it only for the journey you chose — the Preview Edition, a firm briefing or an institutional brief.

What we store

With every submission we record the timestamp, source page, referrer, campaign parameters, form version and consent text version, alongside the fields you completed.

What we never do

We do not sell data.

We do not share data across adviser, firm and institutional journeys without a documented lawful basis. Marketing messages carry one-click unsubscribe, and an auditable suppression list is maintained.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to the team via press@t3a.uk.
